The Cake Salon began as a private ritual — a way to test the recipes for the book, to feed beautiful women around amazing conversation, and to quietly photograph the cakes in the company that gave them meaning.

Every cake in Cake: Her Love Language first crossed a salon table. Every photograph in the book was made in the warm blush of an afternoon like the one you see here.

Now opening — by invitation only.

A small number of Cake Salons are made available each season to discerning hosts — for intimate birthdays, soft celebrations, retreat evenings, and gatherings of women who understand that beauty is worth a slow afternoon.

—Six to twelve guests, seated.
—A devotional cake course — three to five cakes, plated and served.
—Botanical pairings, thoughtful conversation, candlelight, linen, and ceremony.
—Held in your home, or in a setting we curate together.
